Product Description

The SK 1000 Injection Blasting Machine lets you achieve the desired surface quality by spraying blasting consumables with a specific gravity below 4 g/cm³ onto the surface. In addition to the vacuum effect created by pressurized air, it has an injection system in which the speed of the consumable can be increased or decreased via the injector; it is CE certified and has a Dust Dispersion Report.

In the machine, which has doors on both sides, parts are placed by opening the side door and the blasting process is performed manually by the operator using gloves. The pressurized air used in the injection system can be adjusted separately with a regulator, and the sand quantity with a second regulator. The automatic consumable recycling system provides uninterrupted operation.

It is designed to meet companies' basic blasting process needs in surface treatment. Being able to work 40% faster compared to vacuum systems provides a significant time advantage for intensive production environments.
