The SK 2100 Injection Blasting Machine has external cabin dimensions of 2250x1500x800(h) mm, and the approximate size of parts that can be processed is 1850x800x600 mm. Depending on the part's processed area, the system allows blasting from 3 different positions or simultaneous operation by 3 operators.

The SK 2100 is the family's general-purpose, large-cabin industrial model and is used across a wide range of sectors, primarily defense, aerospace, weapons/ammunition and glass.

The machine's double-door design on both sides allows parts to be placed easily; a minimum of 100 kg of consumable must be loaded for operation. A custom-made, wear-resistant blasting hose made of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and natural rubber with copper-wire reinforcement, a sturdy-bodied gun (available with a metal or aluminum body) and a 4.2 mm air injector (1.2 m³/min air consumption at 6 bar) come as standard equipment; nozzles are manufactured from boron carbide using the hot-press or self-sintered method. Four separate regulators — three for adjusting the consumable quantity of each gun, and one for the shared air pressure — give the operator precise control. The sealing system consists of door gaskets, a lock/clamp mechanism and a door safety switch; blasting gloves are supplied in two different hand sizes.
