Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, warranty and technical service.

How do I request a quote?

You can fill out our contact form, call us at +90 (216) 660 14 80, or email export@saykar.com. If you share the part you need to process, your current production volume, and your target surface finish, we can prepare the right machine or consumable recommendation faster.

Can I order a custom-engineered machine beyond the standard product range?

Yes. Saykar builds custom engineering solutions ranging from blasting systems integrated into production lines to one-off special-purpose machines. Once you share part dimensions, production volume and automation requirements, our engineering team prepares a tailored proposal. See our Custom-Engineered Machines page for more.

What are your delivery times?

In-stock consumables and spare parts typically ship within a few business days. Lead times for standard blasting machines vary by model, and custom-engineered machines are scoped on a per-project basis. Exact delivery dates are confirmed at the quotation stage.

Do you export internationally?

Yes, Saykar machines and consumables are exported to many countries worldwide. For documentation and quotes, reach us at export@saykar.com.

What warranty coverage do your machines have?

Saykar machines are covered against manufacturing and assembly defects. Since warranty duration and terms can vary by product group, current warranty conditions are shared in detail during the quotation and contract stage.

Do you provide after-sales technical service and spare parts support?

Yes. Saykar provides on-site/remote technical service, periodic maintenance and original spare parts support for every machine we sell. Wear and consumable parts such as nozzles, filters and belts are also kept in stock.

Which materials can be blasted?

We offer suitable blasting machine and abrasive combinations for a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, glass, wood, composite and polyurethane. Tell us the material you need to process and we'll recommend the right consumable. See Materials.

How do I choose the right abrasive media?

Abrasive selection depends on the material being processed, the target surface roughness (Ra), part geometry and the purpose of the application (deburring, surface preparation, shot peening, etc.). Our team can assess your application and recommend the right abrasive type and grain size.
