Data Controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed, as described below, by Saykar Metalurji ve Yüzey İşlem Ürünleri Nakliyat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Saykar") as the data controller.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your full name, company name, phone number, email, and message content shared via the contact form, email, or phone are processed to respond to your request/quote inquiry, to manage customer relationships, and to fulfill legal obligations.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its deletion or destruction, and to request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
