Product Description

Standard Blasting Nozzles brings together the core/default nozzle codes used in SK-series blasting machines (SM 1708, RTC, DWR, Side Double-Outlet, 45-Degree Double-Outlet) as well as detailed dimension and model tables for the venturi, straight, angled, pipe-interior, banana and induction water spray shape families. Each of these shapes is produced with different model codes depending on the liner material (Silicon Carbide / XSC, Boron Carbide / XSB, Tungsten Carbide / XTC) — see the relevant liner material pages for material properties. All nozzle shapes, including the Internal Diameter nozzle shapes (Internal Diameter, Long Internal Diameter, Short Internal Diameter), are now consolidated on this single page — see the Internal Diameter Family section.

SM 1708 Series (Standard Blasting Nozzle): Overall length 71 mm, outer diameter Ø34 mm, inlet Ø10 mm, body Ø18 mm, flange Ø25 mm, flange height 10 mm.

RTC Series: Overall length 161 mm, outer diameter Ø49 mm (across flats), inlet Ø12 mm, outlet Ø32 mm.

DWR (Rectangular Scanning Nozzle): Overall length 194 mm, outer diameter Ø49 mm (across flats), inlet Ø16 mm, outlet Ø31 mm. Designed for rectangular scanning applications.

Side Double-Outlet Bore Blasting Nozzle: Ø21 mm outer diameter, Ø15 mm body diameter, 40 mm length — for scanning bore surfaces with a side double outlet.

45-Degree Double-Outlet Blasting Nozzle: G 1/2" threaded connection, 45-degree angled body with double sand outlet.

Tungsten Carbide nozzles are the main nozzle type used in the Shot Peening machine — they offer 10-12 times longer service life compared to hardened steel and can be custom-manufactured in any size (Straight, Angled, 360°). Boron Carbide nozzles offer 3 times more durability than hardened steel but are only produced in standard sizes.

Water Jet Cutting Nozzle — Manufactured with a special material system based on nano-level, low-binder, ultra-fine tungsten powder. Guarantees a high cutting rate for up to 160 hours at 160 MPa water pressure; widely used for cutting all types of material. Density 15.4 g/cm³, hardness HVf1 2680.
