Product Description
The SK 500 B Pressure Blasting Machine is a system customized for pencil blasting that sprays blasting consumables with a specific gravity below 7 g/cm³ onto the surface. It has an internal pressure tank and filtration unit; the system is CE certified and comes with a Dust Emission Report.
In this top-loading machine, parts that can be carried by staff are placed inside through the top door, and blasting is performed manually by the operator using gloves. The system operates on a closed pressure vessel principle during operation; the 1.5 mm SAYKAR custom-made nozzle and spraying system technology enable precise pencil blasting.
To save space, the pressure tank is integrated into the underside of the machine body — designed to be compact and economical. The air pressure used during operation can be adjusted via a regulator. The filtration unit, equipped with the Jet-Pulse system, ensures low dust emission.
The SK 500 B's external cabin dimensions are 700x900x750(h) mm, and it is designed to meet the basic surface treatment needs of parts approximately 400x400x400 mm in size, given operator glove reach and ergonomic working conditions (these dimensions may vary depending on part shape). The SK 500 B, the entry-level model in the industrial pressure-tank-operated blasting machine series, is used successfully in many sectors such as Defense Industry, Aerospace, Weapon Blasting, Glass Object Blasting and Mold Blasting.
Thanks to its internal 10-liter pressure tank made of 316 stainless steel, the machine can blast within a range of 2-6 bar; the tank is pressurized with a "machine preparation" switch and automatically returns to atmospheric conditions at the end of the operation. The pencil gun has an aluminum body, and the special pencil blasting nozzle, made of tungsten carbide, is manufactured by SAYKAR. The maximum abrasive diameter usable in the system is 200 microns; grains larger than this value cause clogging. The machine operates with a maximum of 10 kg of consumable.
