SK 1401 B Pressure Blasting Machine
High Performance in a Compact Design: 4x More Efficient Than Injection Systems
- 4x Higher Performance: Much higher performance compared to injection systems thanks to the pressure tank being directly coupled to the machine.
- Compact and Integrated Design: The pressure tank is integrated directly into the body, saving significant installation space.
- Safe Operation in an Enclosed Cabin: Rubber-lined blasting cabin, locked and gasketed loading doors.
- Automatic Material Recovery: Thanks to the perforated floor and abrasive hopper, the abrasive is automatically collected and refills the pressure tank.
- Advanced Filtration: Fan-motor unit, cartridge filter, and Jet-Pulse cleaning system.
- Certified Safety: Dust emission report and CE certified.

Product Description
The SK 1401 B is a manually operated surface treatment machine that performs blasting by spraying abrasive consumables with a density of up to 7 g/cm³ using the pressure-vessel principle. Unlike classic blasting machine models, it pressurizes through a tank located underneath the machine. This compact design delivers 4x higher performance than injection (vacuum) blasting machines without taking up much space. The machine offers a highly efficient and dust-free blasting experience through the integrated operation of three main sections: the blasting cabin, the spraying system, and the filter system.
The machine's double side-door design allows the operator to easily place portable parts inside; a 75 cm diameter rotary table can be added as an option if needed. The blasting cabin measures 1400 x 1000 x 1000 mm and is manufactured with rubber lining to withstand intensive blasting. It ships standard with a 6 mm boron carbide nozzle; the filtration unit is supported by a 1-micron porous cartridge and a 1.1 kWh fan motor. It is preferred for processes requiring high surface roughness or high blasting power, such as rubber-lining preparation, Teflon coating removal, enamel removal, and rim cleaning.
