Product Description

The SK 1000 B is a manual surface treatment machine designed to blast abrasive media with densities of up to 7 g/cm³ using the pressure-vessel principle. Unlike classic blasting machine models, pressurization is carried out via a tank located beneath the machine. With this compact design, it delivers 4 times more performance than injection (vacuum) blasting machines without taking up much space.

The part to be blasted is placed inside the cabin by opening the loading door on the right or left side of the machine, and the door is then closed and secured with clamps. The operator loads the abrasive media into the machine from inside the cabin. Wearing blasting gloves, the operator starts blasting the part inside the cabin by pressing the foot pedal; the running fan motor directs the dust particles generated inside the cabin to the filter. Once blasting is complete, the media collected in the hopper beneath the cabin is fed back into the pressure tank, ready for reuse.

The filter system consists of a fan-motor unit, a cartridge filter and a Jet-Pulse system. The machine has a dust emission report and is CE certified.
