Product Description
The SK 1400 B Pressure Blasting Machine sprays the abrasive mixture from a pressure tank, generating 3 times more power than vacuum and injection systems. The system, consisting of the blasting unit, filtration and main cabin, is CE certified and has a Dust Emission Test Report.
In this side-loading machine, parts are blasted manually via glove ports; fully automatic custom solutions can also be engineered for standard parts. Operating on a closed pressure vessel principle, the system offers dust-free operation with Jet-Pulse filter support. PLC screen control and the maintenance hatch on the cyclone are the standout differences that improve ease of use and maintenance compared to the other models in the family.
The cyclone dust collection unit mounted beside the cabin is standard equipment — it is not a separate option or extra cost, and comes included in the machine's price.
Because pressure and abrasive flow can be regulated independently, the SK 1400 B also works reliably with low-specific-gravity plastic abrasive (plastic granulate) — allowing plastic injection molds, equipment surfaces and delicate parts to be cleaned without damaging the underlying material. Saykar has previously delivered pressure blasting cabins built on this same principle for plastic-abrasive use (e.g. a custom project built for Koroplast).
