Product Description
The SK 1000 BF Pressure Blasting Machine blasts abrasive media with a specific gravity of up to 7 g/cm³ from a pressure tank, generating 3 times more power than vacuum and injection systems. The system, consisting of the blasting unit, filtration unit and main cabin, is CE certified and has a Dust Dispersion Report.
In the front-loading machine, parts are placed through the front door, which opens upward. During the blasting process, activated by the foot pedal, the ejected abrasive media collects beneath the machine body; when the foot is lifted off the pedal, the process ends and the pressure vessel automatically opens to reload the media for reuse.
With its compact design taking up little space, it is designed to meet the industry's need for pressure blasting machines in processes requiring high surface roughness or high blasting power (before rubber coating, Teflon coating removal, enamel removal, wheel rim cleaning, etc.).
