Product Description
The Automatic Shot Peen System is a programmable, multi-axis, closed-loop controlled surface treatment system designed to induce compressive stress on the surfaces of parts used in aerospace, defense and other industrial applications requiring high precision, in order to improve fatigue life and enhance surface integrity.
The system is designed as an integrated structure consisting of an automatic rotary table, an automatic consumable feed and recovery system built for continuous operation, a filtration unit, and control software with an HMI interface. The system architecture is configured to be modular and compatible with alternative configurations, allowing optional integration of an industrial robot.
The system is designed to perform homogeneous shot peen application on the internal and external surfaces of parts with different geometries. Thanks to its programmable structure, process recipes can be created and stored for different part types. The system is designed for shot peening large, heavy parts and operates safely across a wide range of ambient temperatures.

Quality process: a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is performed at our facility prior to shipment, and a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) is performed at the customer's site after installation. Following site acceptance, on-site operator training is provided; the system is delivered with an Almen test kit.
The final configuration (including robot integration) may vary depending on the project; a detailed technical specification is shared on request.
