Product Description
The SK 800 Wet Blasting Machine sprays a mixture of blasting consumable with a specific gravity below 4 g/cm³ and water (slurry) onto the surface, allowing you to achieve the desired surface quality. Its zero-dust-emission operating principle offers a design aimed at eliminating occupational diseases associated with blasting.
In this machine, which has a single door on the right side, transportable parts are placed by opening the side door, and the blasting process is performed manually by the operator using gloves. The blasting cabin has a stainless steel body measuring 800 x 900 x 800 mm. As standard, it ships with an 8 mm boron carbide nozzle and an aluminum blasting gun with a 3.0 mm injector (SM 1708); the filtration unit is supported by a 60-mesh stainless steel wire cartridge and a 0.75 kWh fan motor. The SK 800 is positioned as the entry-level model in wet blasting and delivers excellent results particularly in aluminum and stainless steel surface finishing; since the SK 800 model is built for lightweight designs, it is not compatible with a rotary table or loading stand.
