Product Description
Designed with Saykar engineering, the SK 500 Benchtop Blasting Machine is an ideal entry-level system for operations requiring high-precision cleaning, roughening, or finishing of small parts. Its low air consumption and user-friendly structure, which can be set up with a modest investment, boost workshop efficiency.
A fully domestic and original design, the SK 500 can be easily operated with standard mains power (single-phase electrical panel) and just a 300-liter piston compressor, without needing a construction site or factory environment. Blasting pressure can be adjusted flexibly to suit the need.
With its compact body and single (right) side door, it is suitable for benchtop use; the blasting process is controlled via the valve on the injector. The blasting cabinet dimensions are 650x500x380(h) mm, and given operator glove reach and ergonomic working conditions, it is designed to process small and medium-sized parts that fit within the cabinet volume. As standard, a 3 mm injector gun is used, consuming 0.6 m³ of air per minute at 6 bar; the machine ships with a standard 6 mm boron carbide nozzle, with special-order boron carbide nozzles available on request. Operating with a minimum of 10 kg of consumable, the SK 500 is used successfully in many sectors such as Defense Industry, Aerospace, Weapon Blasting, Glass Object Blasting and Mold Blasting. The machine is covered by a 2-year manufacturing guarantee (wear consumables subject to blasting are not covered by the warranty).
