Product Description

The SK 300 is a mobile, portable pressure blast pot manufactured by Saykar — a company that has developed its own working principles and designs since 2003 — for use on-site and in open areas. To achieve the desired surface effect, the system sprays air and abrasive at an average pressure of 6-8 bar and 3-4 cubic meters per minute; this mixture is forced out forcefully through a nozzle with an average inner diameter of 6-8 mm.

With its 2-wheeled body, the SK 300 is easy to transport, and every unit undergoes a hydrostatic pressure test (16 bar) before shipment. Abrasive loaded into the hopper flows into an SGV aluminum valve, where it mixes with compressed air before being delivered through the blasting hose. Standard equipment includes a regulator, an RCV automatic valve, an oil-and-water separator filter, a respiratory regulator, an active carbon respiratory filter, a trigger unit, a pressure gauge and safety valve, and a rubber plug and gasket. A blasting mask, blasting coveralls, and a wet blasting nozzle can be added optionally upon request.
