Product Description

The SK 1350 was developed to solve a common problem in surface treatment of tall, large parts: when working from a single access point, the operator cannot manually reach the sections of the part above a certain height. For this reason, the SK 1350 has two separate access points — one on the left and one on the right side of the machine — so the operator can complete blasting on the unreachable areas from the other window, ensuring the entire surface of the part is blasted homogeneously.

Parts are placed on the stainless rotary table with an overhead crane or suitable loading equipment; the table is controlled from a touchscreen (mounted on a swing arm) to move in/out of the machine and can be rotated at the desired speed during blasting. Blasting itself is performed manually by the operator with a hand gun, through either of the two access windows in the cabin.

The SK 1350 is an order-based project machine that does not fit a standard catalog listing; cabin dimensions, table capacity, and the placement of the access points are custom-engineered by our team according to the geometry of the part being processed.
