Product Description

In the SK 750 I, a single front-door machine, each implant is attached one at a time by an operator to the holder shaft inside the machine, and the door is closed. The implant's blasting time, rotation speed and rotation direction are entered via the PLC screen, and the process is started. During operation, in addition to adjusting the air via a regulator, the injection system has a second regulator that allows the quantity of abrasive material to be adjusted independently; the automatic abrasive recirculation system allows the machine to work continuously without interruption.

When the blasting process is complete, the machine informs the operator with an audible and visual alert; the process is ended via the PLC screen and the cycle begins again with the next implant. The blasting cabin has a stainless steel body measuring 700 x 800 x 800 mm and is suitable for single front-door loading. As standard, it ships with an 8 mm boron carbide nozzle (SM 1708) and stainless blasting guns with a 4.2 mm injector; the filtration unit is supported by a 1-micron phobic cartridge and a 1.1 kWh fan motor. The aim is to enable implant manufacturers to achieve homogeneous, standard surface quality and the required surface roughness in a dust-free environment.
