The DB 300 is designed for the automatic blasting of dental implants manufactured by the customer. Thanks to the dual-table advantage, the operator can prepare one table while the other is being blasted — the machine can swap out a completed table of 300 implants and start blasting a new set within 2 minutes.

The cabinet dimensions are 2500 x 1000 x 2200 mm; the enclosure housing the automatic blasting chamber, implant storage table, and linear axes is manufactured from 316L stainless steel, and the blasting line and equipment are likewise entirely stainless steel. The 20 mm-thick aluminum loading table, carrying 300 implants, connects within seconds to the Automatic Table System driven by a 400-watt servo motor; the system rotates automatically clockwise in 7.2-degree steps and, via various sensors/encoders, checks whether implants are loaded to prevent empty blasting cycles. The automatic blasting system is supported by a pressure vessel with a 5-liter capacity; 2 tungsten carbide nozzles with a 1.5 mm bore diameter and wear-resistant flexible hoses are used — 250-300 implant surfaces can be blasted with 5-10 kg of consumable. The filtration system has a dual-cartridge design with 0.2 kWh motor power, is supported by a HEPA filter, and operates below 80 decibels with zero dust emission. The cabinet has 4 front-opening and 2 rear-opening doors; the control system is Delta/Siemens PLC, electrical panel components are Schneider/Siemens/Beckhoff, and pneumatic components are Festo brand.
