A hybrid manual surface treatment machine with dual-process capability, able to perform both injection blasting and pressure micro-blasting within a single cabin.
- Two Separate Processes in One: Injection blasting and pressure micro-blasting, selectable as needed, within the same cabin.
- Rubber-Lined Cabin: 3 mm thick rubber protection prevents the abrasive from damaging the cabin wall.
- Double-Sided Loading: Right and left loading doors, with switch-sensor safety locks.
- Rotary Table and Rail-Guided Transport: The rotary table on the loading platform slides easily into the cabin along rails.

Product Description
The SK 1400 MK is a hybrid surface treatment machine designed to perform blasting by spraying abrasive consumables with a density of up to 4 g/cm³, using either the injection or the pressure-vessel principle.
In injection blasting mode, the operator loads the abrasive into the hopper inside the cabin and starts blasting with the foot pedal; the suction fan directs dust particles to the filter. In pressure micro-blasting mode, the pressure tank at the rear of the machine is filled, and once the tank is pressurized, the process is carried out using the micro-blasting nozzle and pedal.
The cabin ensures safe operation with switch-sensor and clamp-locked loading doors on both the right and left sides. The rotary table on the loading platform slides into the cabin along rails, offering easy material entry/exit.
