Product Description
The SK 1400 B T Pressure Drum-Type Blasting Machine sprays the abrasive mixture together with compressed air from a pressure tank, generating 3 times more power than vacuum/injection systems. The system, consisting of the blasting unit, filtration and main cabin, is CE certified and has a dust emission test report.
In this machine, which has doors on both sides, small parts up to a maximum of 10 kg are placed inside the 55 cm diameter hexagonal drum mounted on the left-hand door by opening it. The blasting process is set via the PLC touchscreen by selecting drum rotation direction, rotation speed, blasting time and repeat programs; blasting pressure is additionally adjusted manually with a regulator. Manual blasting is also possible via the glove ports at the front of the machine. At the end of the set time, blasting stops automatically; the machine gives an audible and visual signal and the drum is unloaded and reloaded with new parts.
In processes requiring high surface roughness or high blasting power (pre-rubber coating, teflon coating removal, enamel removal, wheel rim cleaning, etc.), its compact design meets pressure blasting needs while taking up little floor space. It also aims to save time and labor for companies producing large volumes of small parts such as washers, bolts and zippers, thanks to its high capacity and consistent surface treatment quality.
