Product Description
The SK 1000 T Automatic Drum-Type Blasting Machine lets you achieve the desired surface quality by spraying blasting consumables with a specific gravity below 4 g/cm³ onto the surface. It is CE certified and has a Dust Dispersion Report. The system has dual spraying and all functions are controlled via the PLC screen.
In the machine, which has doors on both sides, parts are placed inside the drum by opening the door where the drum is located. The blasting process is set via the PLC screen by selecting the drum rotation direction, rotation speed, blasting duration and repeat programs. At the end of the cycle, the machine stops with an audible and visual signal; personnel unload the drum and load new parts.
For companies producing large numbers of small parts (washers, bolts, zippers, etc.), it aims to save time and personnel with its high capacity and standard surface treatment quality.
