Product Description
The SK 1000 F Front-Loading Injection Blasting Machine is the single front-door version of the SK 1000, sharing the same injection system. It lets you achieve the desired surface quality by spraying blasting consumables with a specific gravity below 4 g/cm³ onto the surface. In addition to the vacuum effect created by pressurized air, it has an injection system in which the speed of the consumable can be increased or decreased via the injector; it is CE certified and has a Dust Dispersion Report.
In the single front-loading cabin, parts are placed by opening the front door and the blasting process is performed manually by the operator using gloves. The pressurized air used in the injection system can be adjusted separately with a regulator, and the sand quantity with a second regulator. The automatic consumable recycling system provides uninterrupted operation.
As an alternative to the SK 1000's side double-door layout, it is designed for facilities where the machine needs to be accessible from a single face — for example when placed against a wall or next to other equipment. Being able to work 40% faster compared to vacuum systems provides a significant time advantage for intensive production environments.
