Product Description
The SK 6000 is a conveyorized automatic blasting machine with an injection system, specially developed for the defense and aviation industries to automatically blast one surface of parts as they move on a conveyor. It can successfully blast flat side surfaces when part thickness is below a certain limit. It is designed to work with light consumables such as glass bead or aluminum oxide.
It is installed as a single line together with the conveyor entry unit, filtration unit, cyclone and sand hopper. Parts are loaded manually or robotically; a tunnel passage is made between the mold/part entry conveyor and the blasting cabin. Thanks to the return conveyor, the part is brought back to the same point so the operator can flip its reverse side and reload it. The manipulator on the automatic axes uses multiple nozzles with manually adjustable wrist and head angles. In automatic use, linear-axis modules drive the nozzles at fast speeds.
The sand spray system is fed by a hopper with a magnetic separator that removes metallic parts that may mix into the system. A vibrating screen and cyclone unit work as a whole, separating consumable from waste and foreign matter before transferring it to storage. Filtration is provided by a cartridge-based Jet-Pulse system. The machine body is electrostatically painted; the blasting cabin is rubber-lined and the conveyor rollers are lined as well. Via the touchscreen, operators/supervisors with different permission levels can write recipes for parameters such as conveyor speed, nozzle linear position/speed, process time and return conveyor speed.
Blasting stroke, belt width, cabin dimensions, working weight and nozzle count are all re-engineered based on the customer's part and production needs; this page is shared to demonstrate the engineering approach we can offer for a similar requirement.
ℹ️ The SK 6000 is engineered per customer; blasting stroke, belt width, cabin dimensions, working weight, nozzle count and filtration capacity are redetermined for your part in each project. Contact us to work out the right configuration for your part.
