Product Description
The SK 3000 is an advanced surface treatment machine that blasts abrasive consumables using an injection system, and can operate in both automatic and manual mode. Thanks to its multi-axis robotic structure managed from the HMI screen, it provides uniform, repeatable, operator-free blasting on large and complex-geometry parts.
The machine is designed as an integrated system consisting of a loading platform, cart assembly, rotary table, three-axis spraying system, recovery line and filtration unit. Operator safety is maintained at a high level with a light-curtain loading door, LOTO-compliant main switch and emergency stop buttons.
Gun count, axis strokes, rotary table capacity and filtration capacity are all re-engineered based on the customer's part; this page is shared to demonstrate the engineering approach we can offer for a similar requirement.
ℹ️ The SK 3000 is engineered per customer; gun count, axis strokes, rotary table capacity, cabin dimensions and filtration capacity are redetermined for your part in each project. Contact us to work out the right configuration for your part.
