Product Description
The SK 1000 B-E is a machine that automatically blasts the internal and external diameter surfaces of cylindrical parts. It's built on a compact system consisting of a cabin, cyclone and filter unit — the abrasive raised during blasting is separated from the air stream by the cyclone and made reusable, giving it a more compact footprint than the SK 1001 B-E's mechanical auger/elevator-based recovery.
In automatic mode, the part is positioned relative to the nozzle(s) on controlled axes so the internal and/or external surface is scanned, targeting a uniform, repeatable surface finish. The cabin, nozzle position and drive system are engineered around the dimensions and diameter of the part to be blasted.
