Product Description
The 8100 E is a custom engineering solution developed outside the standard catalog, for the need to blast long or profile-geometry parts with a continuous flow. The roller conveyor line on both sides of the cabin allows parts to pass through the cabin without interruption.
Inside the cabin, the fixed nozzle array surrounding the part provides homogeneous surface treatment; the rubber-lined, perforated-base cabin structure enables automatic collection of the abrasive media. The system is engineered with a conveyor length and nozzle layout customized to the customer's line.
