HEXACOR VCI PE series products are produced from 1st-quality PE raw material blended with VCI masterbatch. While wrapping your metal products in PE packaging (bags, film, stretch film, wrap, etc.), you simultaneously protect them with corrosion-inhibiting VCI molecules. Thanks to its easy application and suitability for the shrink process, it is preferred across all metalworking sectors, especially automotive, spare parts and machinery.

Free of heavy metals and nitrite-derived chemicals, the HEXACOR VCI formulation provides GRADE 3-level protection on all metal types per the GERMAN TL-8135 standard. With bag, film, stretch film and wrap options, you can access VCI solutions without changing your existing packaging process; 2D and 3D bag formats offer a wide size range.
