Product Description
The SK 1700 C is designed to meet the surface treatment needs of large parts, primarily for companies operating in the defense and aerospace sectors; it can also be used for high-volume/heavy parts in other sectors.
The machine offers both manual blasting functions and automatic rotary-table functions. The rotary table, suitable for overhead crane part loading, can feed in/out of the machine automatically; it can be rotated around its own axis automatically or semi-automatically/manually via foot pedals. The machine is supported by an ATEX-certified filtration unit.
Consumables such as Glass Bead, Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide, and Garnet can be used; heavier steel shot/grit-type materials cannot be sprayed in this machine. The level sensor on the sand hopper gives an audible/visual alert on the touchscreen when the consumable runs low.
