Product Description

The SK 1300 is a CE-certified, zero-dust-emission wet blasting machine patented to SAYKAR, achieving the desired surface quality by spraying a slurry of abrasive material with a specific gravity below 4 gr/cm³ and water onto the surface. Its specially designed slurry spray pump works together with the vacuum effect created by pressurized air, enabling precise adjustment of the amount of abrasive sprayed.

Through the machine's right side door, parts up to 350 kg can be loaded with equipment such as overhead cranes onto the 100 cm diameter stainless steel rotary table (the table's own carrying capacity is 300 kg); the table is controlled from the touchscreen and moves automatically in/out of the machine. Blasting time is entered on the touchscreen, and the machine performs surface treatment at the desired heights and angles on flat surfaces with its 4 nozzles; at the end of the process, the rotary table is automatically taken out. The loading/unloading table can also be used as a parts washing station; the water and sand generated during washing are transferred to the blasting cabin via a connection channel. Surfaces that come into contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel.

Filtration is provided by a self-cleaning Jet-Pulse system with a stainless-wire 60-mesh perforated cartridge and a 1.1 kWh fan motor; the system operates with zero dust emission. The blasting cabin measures 1300x1300x960 mm. The rotary table's rotation speed is adjustable and the machine is equipped with a safety/security package. The machine targets consistent surface treatment quality across all parts in sectors requiring tight tolerances, such as defense, aviation and mold-making; it is shipped with standard 8 mm boron carbide nozzles and high-wear-resistant stainless steel blasting guns with 4.2 mm stainless injectors.
