Product Description

The SK 1001 B-E is a machine capable of blasting the internal and external diameter surfaces of cylindrical parts, with both automatic and manual operating modes. The machine has different platform heights on its two sides, allowing access to the part from both sides. In manual mode, the operator accesses the two guns inside the cabin through glove ports; in automatic mode, both internal and external diameter blasting is managed via the control screen.

The distinguishing feature of the machine is its abrasive recovery system: the abrasive falling to the bottom of the cabin is transferred to the screw conveyor systems on both sides, from where the accumulated abrasive is lifted by an elevator and poured back into the blasting hopper. This mechanical solution is preferred for projects where the abrasive must be lifted too high to be conveyed pneumatically (by air).

The machine can also be supplied in a variant that allows switching between two different media (glass bead / aluminum oxide) by changing the hose connection.
