Product Description
The SK 1000 P Vertical Nozzle-Travel Automatic Blasting Machine lets you achieve the desired surface quality by spraying blasting consumables with a specific gravity below 4 g/cm³ onto the surface. In addition to the vacuum effect created by compressed air during spraying, the system has an injection design that lets an injector increase or decrease the speed of the consumable in the blasting line. The system has dual spraying and all functions are controlled via the PLC screen.
Parts are placed on the automatically rotating rotary table using their fixtures. The movement of the vertical axis is provided as standard by a pneumatic piston; with the optional Bosch Rexroth servo linear module, axis speed, number of turns and stroke limits can be entered coordinate by coordinate.
A dual nozzle is used so that the outer diameters of parts up to 400 mm in height can be blasted homogeneously.
