Product Description
Internal diameter nozzles used in Shot Peening applications are offered with two different lining materials; the material choice provides different advantages in terms of service life, durability and custom-manufacturing flexibility.
Tungsten Carbide blasting nozzles are the main nozzle type used in the Shot Peening machine. They offer 10-12 times longer service life compared to hardened steel, and SAYKAR can carry out custom manufacturing/custom work in any size requested by the customer. Types: Straight, Angled, 360°.
Boron Carbide nozzles offer 3 times more durability compared to hardened steel; however, since the material's machinability is limited, unlike Tungsten Carbide, custom size/custom manufacturing cannot be carried out by SAYKAR — they are only offered in standard sizes (Straight, 360°, Angled).
