An automatic breaking station with a soundproof, enclosed cabin, designed to separate the ceramic shell from the part after casting (deshelling) in investment casting. The part is secured with pneumatic clamps/holding arms; an impact-breaking unit descending from above separates the ceramic shell from the part.

Product Description
The Pneumatic Deshelling Breaker is an automatic breaking station operating inside a sound- and dust-insulated enclosed cabin, designed to separate the hardened ceramic shell from the part once casting is complete (deshelling). The cast part is secured by pneumatic clamps/holding arms inside the cabin; an impact-type pneumatic breaking unit that descends into the cabin from above separates the ceramic shell from the part through controlled impacts.
The holding apparatus can be customized according to the geometry of the part, allowing it to also be used for complex-geometry cast parts produced in the automotive and aerospace industries (such as suspension/drivetrain casting components).
