HSP-20 Mobile Dustfree Pressure Blasting System
On-site blast cleaning of large or fixed parts that won't fit in a cabinet — with zero dust or abrasive escape.
- Integrated vacuum recovery — abrasive and dust are collected directly, without escaping into the environment
- 18-litre pot + 18-litre silo pressure vessel, maximum 8 bar working pressure
- EDBH-50 blast head — 4.5 mm boron carbide nozzle, flat brush mouthpiece
- Compact wheeled chassis (1120 x 560 x 1700 mm, ~115 kg) for easy transport and positioning
- Foot-pedal start/stop control with remote-controlled hose connection
Application Areas
- On-site blasting of parts too large, heavy or fixed in place to fit a cabinet or blast room
- Construction site and field applications — fixed equipment, steel structures, pipeline surface preparation
- Enclosed or sensitive environments where dust and abrasive escape cannot be tolerated
- Precision surface cleaning with glass beads, aluminum oxide (max 0.8 mm) or steel grit (max 0.4 mm)
Product Description
The HSP-20 is a mobile, dust-free pressure blasting system developed by Clemco. It is designed for the controlled, on-site cleaning of parts that cannot be moved into a blast cabinet or blast room due to their size, weight, or transport distance. The system uses integrated vacuum recovery to keep abrasive and dust from escaping into the environment — abrasive and debris hitting the surface are drawn through the blast head and suction hose to the separator, where reusable coarse particles are screened back into the silo while dust is drawn into the vacuum cleaner.
With an 18-litre blast pot and an integrated 18-litre silo, the HSP-20 operates at a maximum working pressure of 8 bar and is fitted with an EDBH-50 blast head featuring a 4.5 mm boron carbide nozzle and a flat brush mouthpiece. Its compact, wheeled chassis (1120 x 560 x 1700 mm, ~115 kg) allows easy transport and positioning on construction sites and in the field; a foot pedal provides instant start/stop control of the blasting process.
The system can be used with abrasives such as glass beads and aluminum oxide (max. 0.8 mm grain size) or steel grit (max. 0.4 mm). During operation, it is recommended that unprotected persons stay clear of a 10-metre perimeter around the blasting activity and that damageable equipment be removed from that area.
