Custom-Engineered Machines

When a standard blasting machine doesn't meet your needs, we engineer a solution custom-built around your part's geometry, loading method, and production line. This page isn't a product catalog — it's a look at how we work.

Why a Custom-Engineered Machine?

Over more than 20 years of experience and 1,500+ blasting machines built, we've seen time and again that an "off-the-shelf" solution isn't always enough for a manufacturer. The part may be too large for a standard cabinet, surface precision may call for robotic, repeatable gun movement, or the machine may need to integrate into your existing production line at a specific point. In these cases, rather than offering a generic catalog product, we solve the problem by engineering your requirement from the ground up — design, manufacturing, commissioning, and the technical support that follows, all under one roof.

With this approach we've developed robotic and fully automatic blasting systems for sectors where precision is critical — defense, aerospace, energy/turbine, and medical/implant — and we share a few of these below as example projects.

How We Work

1. Needs Analysis

We evaluate your part, your process, and the constraints of your production line together — where possible, through an on-site visit or a sample part.

2. Engineering & Design

We design the cabin geometry, gun/robot configuration, handling, and reclamation system to match your requirements.

3. Manufacturing & Testing

We build the machine at our own facility and test it before delivery using your own parts or samples.

4. Commissioning & Support

We're with you for on-site installation, operator training, and fast technical support/spare parts afterward.

What Can We Build?

  • Robotic and multi-axis automatic blasting gun systems
  • Loadcell-based precision abrasive dosing
  • Non-standard-sized cabins and handling systems (custom cranes, rotary tables, rail-guided carriers)
  • Custom internal/external diameter blasting solutions for cylindrical parts
  • Integrated wet and dry blasting processes, combined or separate
  • Integration into your existing production line or into container-type mobile blasting rooms
